80 years old man comes to a brain and face trauma CT scan. No other symptoms were described.

Symmetric opacified hypoplastic maxillary sinus.

Case Discussion

In this case, the maxillary infundibula are occluded and the maxillary sinuses are totally opacified.

Although there are no clear inward bowing of the maxillary walls and the findings and facial bones, in this case, are symmetric, the main differential to be considered is silent sinus syndrome
