Right and left parotid glands, right and left submandibular glands (images 1, 2, 3, and 4, respectively) show multiple, small, hypoechoic nodules diffusely spread throughout the glands.
Case Discussion
Multiple, small, hypoechoic nodules are diffusely spread throughout the salivary glands. The changes seemed to be more prominent on the right. In light of the symptoms, these findings suggest Sjögren syndrome. No regional lymphadenopathy was demonstrated (not shown).
