Pelvic ultrasound. Past history of hysterectomy.

Cystic, elongated anechoic structure in the left adnexa features incomplete septations and lack of vascularity.

Case Discussion

The appearance is typical for a hydrosalpinx.  

The findings were unchanged over several serial follow up scans (not included).
