The combined nephrogram/excretory phase CT urogram demonstrates a limited nephrogram on the right with hydronephrosis, hydroureter and a soft tissue mass at the VUJ.
Case Discussion
The initial ultrasound and non-contrast CT confirmed hydronephrosis, but no evidence of obstructing stone or other renal tract calcification.
Diagnosis: transitional cell carcinoma.
