2 day old baby boy with hydronephrosis to rule out reflux

Patient Data

Age: 2 days
Gender: Male
Fluoroscopy

MCUG. Contrast fills a small bladder with multiple diverticula. Right-sided severe Grade IV vesicoureteric reflux. Distended posterior urethra on micturition with tight stenosis. Appearances of posterior urethral valves.
