Presentation

Five days of pain and swelling of the right scrotal sac.

Patient Data

Age: 15 years
Gender: Male
ultrasound

Right testis: Edematous, heterogeneous. No flow on color and power Doppler.

Left testis: Normal size, echopattern and flow.

Features of right testicular torsion. It is an emergency and should be differentiated from epididymo-orchitis.
