Presentation

Patient complains of bulge on forehead. Received antibiotic treatment and endoscopic sinus surgery at outside institution, but could not follow up with outpatient antibiotics. Patient returned complaining of persistent forehead bulge.

Right frontal mucosal thickening with extension anteriorly through the frontal bone to the soft tissues and erosion of the posterior wall consistent with osteomyelitis.
