Posterior shoulder dislocation with trough line sign and loss of normal half moon overlap sign. Fracture line continues to the humeral neck.

Posterior shoulder dislocation with reverse Hill-Sachs and fracture. The anatomical neck is the most common site of fracture associated with posterior dislocations.
