Several lytic lesions are seen within the calvarium and also a large lytic lesion within the left iliac bone.
Case Discussion
This child has a known diagnosis of histiocytosis. Langerhans cell histiocytosis is a rare multisystem disease with a wide and heterogeneous clinical spectrum and variable extent of involvement.
