Throughout both lungs increased coarse markings suggest bronchiectasis. The right heart border is blurred and volume loss is seen on the right suggesting right middle lobe atelectasis.

Throughout both lungs, but more prominent on the right, is extensive cystic bronchiectasis, with complete collapse of the right middle lobe.
