Medial meniscus body and posterior horn horizontal tear with a small displaced fragment lying anterior to the posterior root attachment. Associated mild oedema of the medial tibial plateau and medial margin. Fluid in pes anserine space is likely reactive. Large uncomplicated Baker's cyst.
