Facial trauma left orbital pain and left eye upward gaze limitation.

Patient Data

Age: 40 years
Gender: Female

Left orbital medial wall and floor blow-out fracture with inferior rectus and medial rectus muscle and orbital fat herniated within the fracture gap. Right eye exodeviation. Left side preseptal and lacrimal gland soft tissue swelling.
