Pancreatic adenocarcinoma

Presentation

Work up for abdominal pain.

Patient Data

Age: 60 years
Gender: Male
ct

A 48×42 mm low enhancing mass is noted at the uncinate process of the pancreas, causing intra and extra hepatic and pancreatic duct dilatation. Peripancreatic fat stranding and several enlarged lymph nodes with SAD less than 8 mm are also observed. There are no signs of local invasion of adjacent structures or vascular encasement.

Diffuse urinary bladder wall thickening is seen.

The prostate gland is enlarged.
