Blake pouch cyst

Gross hydrocephalus is seen with grossly dilated bilateral
lateral, third ventricles and mild to moderately dilated fourth ventricle causing compression of surrounding brain parenchyma.
No obvious periventricular seepage is seen in present scan.
Dilated fourth ventricle is seen to communicate with infra cerebellar posterior fossa cyst. The cyst is causing compression of cerebellar vermis, displacing it superiorly and causing mild smooth scalloping of occipital bone.
Brainstem is mildly splayed by dilated third ventricle anteriorly and fourth ventricle posteriorly.
Case Discussion
Findings are suggestive of Blake pouch cyst with resultant hydrocephalus.
