Renal angiomyolipoma

Presentation

Work up for abdominal pain.

Patient Data

Age: 60 years
Gender: Female
ct

A 45mm well defined partially exophytic fat containing mass is present in the right kidney, which shows inhomogeneous enhancement on post contrast images. 

Small fat containing supraumbilical hernia is observed. 

Degenerative changes as osteophytosis are seen at the lumbar spine.
Grade I-II spondylolisthesis of L5 on S1 is present with bilateral spondylolysis.

Case Discussion

Fat containing right renal mass most consistent with angiomyolipoma.
