- scapholunate diastasis with widening and proximal migration of the scaphoid
- rotatory subluxation of the scaphoid
- advanced secondary osteoarthritis of the radioscaphoid and to a lesser extent the capitolunate articulations with large subchondral geode within the distal radius
- a true lateral has not been obtained making assessment of any dorsal intercalated segmental instability (DISI) difficult
