Right side epiphora and painful soft tissue bulge in medial canthus.

Cystic distention of the right lacrimal sac and preseptal soft tissue swelling and nasal deviation of the right eye are seen.

Case Discussion

The case illustrates the non-contrast MDCT features of dacryocystocele. The major cause of dacryocystocele is nasolacrimal duct obstruction.
