There is free gas anterior to the left lobe of liver and in gastro-hepatic ligament. Free fluid was present in the hepato renal region.

Next study was an abdominal radiograph - erect abdomen - No free gas.
Case Discussion
CT: was done at another center (not uploaded, no copyright). Pneumoperitoneum was present. Site of perforation was not visualized.
Surgery: 2.5 cm gastric antrum perforation, covered with omentum.
Histopathology: Changes of chronic ulceration. No malignancy found.
