Ultrasound
Both ovaries are moderately enlarged and each exhibit evidence of small multiple follicles of almost uniform sizes that are arranged circumferentially and peripherally within their sub-capsular regions (counted at least 12 on the left and 10 on the right) with the follicles bilaterally ranging between 0.51 cm to 0.85 cm in diameters. The right and the left ovaries have mean volumes of 9 cc and 12 cc respectively. The central ovarian echogenic stromal fats is preserved bilaterally.
