Presentation

Left chest pain and hypochondrial pain. Shortness of breath.

Patient Data

Age: 45 years
Gender: Female

Splenic subcapsular peripherally enhancing cystic lesion with intralesional air densities. Peripherally enhancing left lung encysted collection with relaxation collapse of the left lung. Lesions were drained, empyema and abscess confirmed.
