The MRI study shows the following:
- a large well-circumscribed lobulated fluid intensity T1 hypointense/T2 hyperintense posterior paralabral cystic lesion shows thin internal septations, measuring 2x3x6 cm along ap, tr, and cc dimensions respectively, seen extending to the spinoglenoid and supra scapular notches
- the cyst is seen extending to the substance of the posterior glenoid labrum via a thin T2 hyperintense line suggesting an associated labral tear
- posterior glenoid bony rim subchondral small cyst
- normal MRI signal of the rotator cuff muscles with no signs of suprascapular neuropathy
- Incidental humeral head small cyst
