Pansinusitis with left side otomastoiditis.
Incidentally noticed suprasellar lesion with well-defined lobulated outline, shows fat attenuation and calcification, characteristic features of dermoid cyst.
Case Discussion
Pansinusitis and left side otomastoiditis was reported with incidental suprasellar dermoid cyst, no further work-up requested.
