A 53×36 mm hetero enhancing mass is present at the gallbladder fundus that infiltrates the adjacent liver and is accompanied by surrounding fat stranding.
A few non-enhanced simple cortical cysts are seen in both kidneys.
Dilated collateral vessels are seen at the right anterolateral aspect of the abdominal wall. The left gonadal vein is also dilated.
Case Discussion
Gallbladder mass; pathology proved adenocarcinoma with the adjacent liver infiltration.
