- mild joint effusion
Bankart lesion along with anterior inferior glenoid and localized chondral delamination along the margins of the defect
Hill Sach's defect as bony impression along with posterolateral humeral head with subjacent bone marrow edema/bruise
abnormal intrasubstance increased signal along the course of supraspinatus tendon critical zone fibers and infraspinatus tendon mid to superior fibers related to tendinosis
minimal fluid signal at subacromial - subdeltoid bursae
acromion type II
