History of perianal fistula and purulent discharge.

Patient Data

Age: 30 years
Gender: Male
Fluoroscopy

Dye fistulogram - low fistula dye spilling in the anal canal and rectum:

Injection of contrast via the external opening showed opacification of the left perianal fistula which travels superiorly. The tract communicates with the anal canal and rectum.

Regarding the above imaging findings, perianal fistula with contrast spilling into the anal canal and rectum is present.
