Low back pain with deformity. No trauma.

Patient Data

Age: 20 years
Gender: Female

Right supernumerary L3/4 triangular-shaped hemivertebra is noted, associated with partial fusion and mild right lumbar congenital scoliosis.

No tethered cord or diastematomyelia

No cord compromise. 

Well-formed sacrum.
