Presentation

Work up for abdominal pain.

Patient Data

Age: 40 years
Gender: Male

An ill-defined low-enhancing mass is noted in the pancreatic tail.

Multiple ill-defined low-enhancing masses are seen throughout the liver less than 40 mm, inferring metastasis.

The prostate gland is enlarged. 

Grade I spondylolisthesis of L5 on S1 is present with bilateral spondylolysis.

Case Discussion

Pancreatic mass; pathology proved ductal carcinoma with hepatic metastases.
