Small volume of free fluid in the inferior right paracolic gutter with fat stranding adjacent to the posterior aspect of the caecum, which is mildly thick-walled, and appearing centred on an inflamed diverticulum with a few other noninflamed diverticula present. Normal terminal ileum. Normal appendix. No abscess. No free gas.
