Undisplaced scaphoid waist fracture.
Undisplaced spiral fracture of the thumb proximal phalanx. 1st carpometacarpal joint dislocation with avulsion fractures at the ulnar aspect of the 1st metacarpal base.
Old 5th metacarpal neck fracture. Small ossicle at the base of the 5th metacarpal.
Case Discussion
This case is an example of the more you look, the more you see. Satisfaction of search is a common error in radiology and seeing one pathology does not exclude further (related or unrelated) pathology.
