Midfoot shows a dysplastic navicular and an osseous cuboid-navicular coalition. There is a subtle fracture of the dorsal cortex of the cuboid best seen on the sagittal images.

Case Discussion

Tarsal coalition is the congenital fusion of tarsal bones. The present case shows a rare form of tarsal coalition between the navicular and cuboid. This is seen in less than 1% of cases. As can be seen, the navicular is dysplastic with a bony bar to the cuboid.
