The trachea is severely narrowed and displaced to the right, likely from a superior mediastinal mass such as a goitre. Further assessment with neck ultrasound could be performed.
The lungs are clear. No pleural fluid or pneumothorax. Heart size on upper limit of normal. No mediastinal lymphadenopathy.
