There is lumbarization (6 lumbar vertebrae). Right transverse process of L6 is hypertrophic. Pseudo articulation between the transeverse process and the sacrum.
Lumbosacral transitional vertebra – Castellvi classification – IIa type.

Lumbosacral transitional vertebra is a type of congenital anomaly. When low back pain is present, it is known as Bertolotti syndrome.
