X-ray - PA chest x-ray
What is the diagnosis?
Show Answer
Pectus excavatum.
How would you confirm this?
You guessed it; lateral chest x-ray.
PA chest x-ray demonstrates blurring of the right heart border and shift of the cardiomediastinal outline to the left. The ribs have a more vertical course than normal.
