A 90× 80 mm mass is noted in the upper pole of the right kidney. The neoplasm has a similar density to normal renal parenchyma on non-enhanced CT scan and contains small foci of calcification. After IV contrast media injection, the attenuation value increased from 33HU to 60HU. Nephrographic-phase CT scan shows that the mass enhances less than normal renal parenchyma. There is no sign of local invasion and no vascular extension.
Three enlarged lymph nodes with SAD less than 40 mm are seen adjacent to the right renal hilum.
In addition, multiple non-enhanced simple cortical cysts are seen in both kidneys, with maximum diameters of 30 mm.
Postoperative change as a central defect is seen in the prostate gland.
