Tree-shaped urinary bladder with wall hypertrophy causes an irregular outline accompanied by multiple small outpouchings inferring diverticula.
Features are compatible with the Christmas tree bladder, also known as the pine cone bladder.
Case Discussion
Christmas tree bladder is usually seen in severe neurogenic bladder with increased sphincter tone. It's not pathognomonic and may also be seen in bladder outlet obstruction due to non-neurogenic causes.
