A 43×33 mm mass is seen in the mid portion of the left kidney that shows a similar density to normal renal parenchyma on a non-enhanced CT scan. After IV contrast media injection, the attenuation value increased from 30 to 68 HU. A nephrographic phase CT scan shows that the mass enhances less than normal renal parenchyma.
A low attenuation hepatic lesion, measuring 35× 20 mm in diameter, is depicted, located at the 7th hepatic segment, revealing early peripheral, nodular enhancement and centripetal filling most consistent with a haemangioma.
The prostate gland is enlarged.
