Upper lateral quadrant, extraconal, involving the lacrimal gland and conjunctiva.
What is the most common type of lymphoma in this location?
B-cell NHL (orbital adnexal MALT lymphoma).
Largely extraconal mass lesion in the upper outer left orbital quadrant with low signal on T1 and T2-weighted images, and homogeneous contrast enhancement. Involvement of the lacrimal gland and the adjacent conjunctiva. The lateral rectus muscle is displaced medially.
