Patient Data

Age: 60 years
Gender: Female

The clavicle is elevated but not above the superior border of the acromion denoting Rockwood type II acromioclavicular joint injury.

A linear bony fragment is noted superior to the coracoid process, consistent with an avulsion fracture and coracoclavicular ligament injury.
