Intact bony pelvis in a setting of blunt trauma. There is a left hip resurfacing arthroplasty. There is an asymmetric left acetabular and intertrochanteric osteopenia however no other complications of the resurfacing arthroplasty are present. There is age-appropriate degenerative change within the sacroiliac and right hip joints. Metallic sterilisation clips are present.
