Additional 5 cm segment of 'snapped' retained stent in the distal left ureter (best appreciated on the saved volume rendered images).
No contrast extravasation to suggest a ureteric leak.
Multiple stones in all poles of the left kidney measuring up to 7 mm. 1 mm stone in the upper pole of the right kidney.
Inflammatory change around the left renal pelvis and ureter. No perinephric collection.
Fatty liver.
Minor consolidation at the lung bases.
