Reduced acromiohumeral interval distance in keeping with a complete rotator cuff tear. Superior subluxation of the humeral head in the glenoid. Degenerative changes between the acromion and humeral head.
Case Discussion
Findings are in line with chronic rotator cuff (most importantly supraspinatus muscle) tear and consequent arthropathy.
