The fetal situs is normal. There are tiny echogenic foci in the gallbladder lumen. The rest of the fetal examination was normal.
Case Discussion
The case shows fetal cholelithiasis in the third trimester which is a common finding. They may partially or completely fill the gallbladder lumen. Fetal intra-hepatic calcification, also a relatively common finding, is a differential diagnosis.
