A well-defined heterogeneously enhancing mass lesion in the left cerebellar hemisphere appears heterogeneously isointense on T1W, T2W, and FLAIR images. No evidence of diffusion restriction or hemorrhage or calcification is seen within the lesion. Moderate perilesional vasogenic edema is seen with moderate compression effacement of the 4th ventricle/ distal cerebral aqueduct. There is associated resultant mild to moderate dilatation of bilateral lateral & 3rd ventricles with mild CSF ooze.
In a known case of carcinoma breast, the above findings are most likely suggestive of metastasis.
