The patient received a blow on the knee by an opponent while tackling the ball in a soccer game 3 weeks earlier.

Patient Data

Age: 40 years
Gender: Male

Encapsulated and diffuse hematoma mainly around and beneath the gracilis and sartorius myotendinous units of the pes anserinus, probably rather resulting from direct impact than from sprain.
