Right femoral head sits eccentrically in the acetabular cup with early sclerosis in the lateral acetabular roof indicating early reactive change. Appearances are quite asymmetrical with the left hip.
Correction of eccentricty in the abducted (frog-leg) position. Note femoral head shapes are equally spherical.
