Abdominal pain for investigation.

Patient Data

Age: 85 years
Gender: Male

Oral and IV contrast administered. Collapsed sigmoid colon in left inguinal hernia and anterior wall of the bladder in the right. Sagittal reconstructions confirming inguinal hernial sacs containing sigmoid colon and the anterior bladder close to the dome.
