Complete supraspinatus tendon tear

Complete tear of the supraspinatus tendon, i.e. full thickness (top to bottom) and front to back - no residual intact fibers. Retraction of tendon end, atrophy of muscle belly and communication of joint effusion with subacromial bursa.
