Selected images from an MRI of the brain demonstrate an enhancing passing though the left foramen of Luschka, appearing to arrise from the roof of the 4th ventricle.
Case Discussion
This is a histologically confirmed case of a posterior fossa ependymoma.
Note: as molecular profiling is unavailable in this case, it would have the diagnosis of posterior fossa ependymoma not otherwise specified (NOS).
