Paralabral cyst - glenohumeral joint

Multilocular paralabral cyst extending from a small labroligamentous lesion at the posterosuperior glenoid (see T2 sag) to the spinoglenoid notch of the scapula.
Case Discussion
Paralabral cysts are rare incidental finding, located within 1 cm of the glenoid labrum with a high association with glenoid labral tears.
