Too unwell for contrast

ct

Inflammatory mass containing gas posterior to the ano-rectal junction consistent with perforation: trauma, surgery, Crohn disease, carcinoma.

Gross gas within the fascial planes indicative of gas forming organisms (gas gangrene/necrotizing fasciitis).
